As a result of the initiative to increase the exposure and usage of Advanced Materials worldwide an agreement was reached between the representatives of the United States, Mexico and Canada to develop a tri-lateral network titled NAFTA Net. Through the development and usage of robust data collections and information networks each participating nation pledges to further the recognition and usage of Advanced Materials.

Having successfully completed a previous project for Industry Canada's Advanced Materials group Digital Interactive formerly part of ROMifications was asked to create Canada's NAFTA - Net web site. Working within the constraints of the Strategis web site and conforming to the governments Common Look and Feel guidelines Digital Interactive developed a highly graphical and interactive front end as an access point to a trusted source of business information on advanced materials in Canada and abroad.
