With offices world wide and numerous partners who assist in the delivery of immigration and citizenship programs, Citizenship and Immigration Canada has a difficult task ensuring the delivery and use of up-to-date forms and procedures.

Digital Interactive assisted the department in the conversion of some of its medical health forms to PDF. To enhance the value of the forms and to assist medical practitioners in filling in the forms Digital Interactive transformed the forms from static representations of the paper copies into interactive forms that could easily be filled in by the practitioner. Repeated information is automatically inserted where it is required in multiple locations insuring consistency of information as well as saving busy practitioners valuable time. The added advantage is that departmental officials no longer have to find pharmacists to interpret doctors handwriting.
